  • Orders for nutrition plans, consultations, and reports are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and payment.

  • Orders for physical products (such as supplements or nutrition kits) are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.

🚚 Delivery

  • We deliver across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • For online consultations or digital services, all details and reports are shared via email or WhatsApp.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping for products may be available on request. Additional charges and delivery times will apply. Please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Return Policy

🧾 For Digital Services (Consultations & Plans)

  • Once a consultation, personalized diet plan, or online program has been delivered, it cannot be refunded as these are customized services.

  • However, if you face any issue with the service (e.g., incomplete report or technical error), please contact us within 48 hours, and we will resolve it promptly.

📦 For Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

    • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at [your email address] with your order details and supporting photos.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds for digital services will be provided only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or service non-delivery.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for digital consultations or personalized plans can be cancelled before consultation begins.

  • Orders for products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible.
